Cyber Survivor 101 — Privacy Policy

1. Introduction & Overview

Welcome to Cyber Survivor 101, a mobile arcade game developed by 101Sutra ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information, our adherence to data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Google Play Developer Policies.

🚀 Privacy-First Architecture: Cyber Survivor 101 is designed to operate primarily offline and locally on your device. We do not require account registration, we do not operate personal data tracking servers, and we never sell your personal data.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Unlike many modern games, Cyber Survivor 101 does NOT require or collect:

No User Accounts: You can play the full game without creating an account, username, or providing an email address or password.
No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, or government identifiers.
No Contact or Media Access: We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or file storage outside the game's dedicated internal sandbox.
No Precise Location: We never request access to GPS or fine-grained location hardware.

3. Third-Party SDK Integrations

Cyber Survivor 101 integrates standard, trusted Google Play services to support monetization and in-game rewards:

A. Google AdMob (Google LLC)

We use Google AdMob to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads (e.g. revive on defeat, double earned Cyber Cores). Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device and diagnostic data:

Device & Advertising Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID) used for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and (with user consent) ad personalization.
Coarse Location: Generalized location derived from IP address (country/city level) to serve relevant language ads.
Diagnostic & Interaction Metrics: Ad impressions, click-through rates, and crash diagnostics to ensure ad display reliability.

Consent & GDPR Compliance: In regions subject to the GDPR (European Economic Area / UK), we implement Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. Users are prompted with a consent dialog allowing them to accept or configure personalized vs. non-personalized advertising. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your Android device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

B. Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC)

We provide optional in-app purchases (e.g., Cyber Core currency packs, special starfighter unlocks). All payment transactions are executed exclusively through the official Google Play In-App Billing system.

Payment Security: 101Sutra does NOT collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, bank accounts, or billing addresses. All financial data is handled strictly by Google Play.
Purchase Receipts: We only receive anonymized cryptographic transaction tokens and order IDs from Google Play to verify purchase authenticity and deliver your unlocked in-game items.

4. On-Device Storage & Game Progress

All your gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device in secure internal app storage (Android SharedPreferences):

High scores and leaderboard wave records.
Earned in-game currency (Cyber Cores).
Unlocked starship chassis, drone companions, and cosmetic skins.
User audio levels (Music/SFX volume) and vibration toggle preferences.

This data remains strictly on your device. Clearing app cache/data or uninstalling the app will remove this local data.

5. Device Permissions Requested

The app requests only the minimal permissions required to function:

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Cyber Survivor 101 is designed for a general arcade audience and is not directed towards children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information via a third-party SDK, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to address the concern.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you hold the following rights regarding personal data:

Right to Withdraw Consent: You can revoke your ad personalization consent at any time via in-game settings or your Android Google settings.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Because game progress is stored on-device, you can permanently delete all local game data at any time by selecting Clear Data in Android application settings or uninstalling the app.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy choices; core gameplay is fully playable without consenting to targeted ads.
